End User License Agreement

1. License

Motto is licensed to you, not sold. Semvar Labs Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and this Agreement.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Motto offers optional monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions provide access to additional content and features, such as premium quote collections and customizable widgets.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

3. Content

All quotes, designs, and related content in Motto are provided for inspiration and informational purposes only.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display the content unless explicitly permitted.
• Semvar Labs Inc. reserves the right to modify, remove, or replace content at any time without notice.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Circumvent or disable any content protection or access control mechanisms.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Semvar Labs Inc. may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Semvar Labs Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semvar Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
